A majority of your Life Coach program will stay within the boundaries of your own Comfort Zone. However, there will be several opportunities, big and small, for you to venture outside and challenge yourself. Maximal Me is a coaching program completely tailored to your life with the goal of empowering you to getting the most out of every single day and being the best person you can be. Together, we’ll analyze your schedule, your relationships, and your communication skills with a fine-tooth comb to look for opportunities for improvement. For your comfort and convenience, we can meet in person, on the phone, via Skype/Google Talk, or at Starbucks.
The process begins with the Consultation and Client Intake steps where information is gathered to lay the initial Coaching groundwork. Next, I'll let you decide which areas of your life you'd like to approach. Using the information from the first 2 stages, you and I will work together to create your person VISION STATEMENT: your personal declaration of future direction, desired change, and goals to accomplish.
With the Vision Statement in Stage 3, you also enter the Accountability Phase in Coaching. Action Plans require short-term goals and planning and we will constantly revisit both.
